We recently received a comment from a new client regarding a dog roaming around the salon. Yes, it's true. Recently we have become more relaxed about our policies around our clients bringing their dogs with them. First we would like to apologize to that client and any others who were unhappy and who were silent. We really appreciate when clients feel comfortable enough to give us useful feedback. Second we would like to advise our community that our old policy is back in force, dogs are welcome to stop by for treats and a hello but must remain outside during any service. We regret that our soft spot for pets has made some people uncomfortable and hope that our apology will be excepted.
